questions about buying a home?

my husband and i are trying to buy a home. it’s a repo, but still, it’s a home. they are asking 14,000, with 10% down, (1400). they said monthly payments will be about 155 with insurance already added on. how much more is it going to cost me a month? we dont want a loan. we just want to put up the money ourselves. how does this process work? do i HAVE to get a loan? century 21 told me i had to go through Freedom Finance. please, can someone explain this all to me?
what are you talking about?

If you have the 14,000 in cash you do not need a loan. You tell them you want to buy the house. Pay a lawyer to look over the contracts, hire a home inspector to make sure there are no major problems such as needing a new foundation. Pay for a title search to make sure there are NO liens or outstanding bills that you could get stuck paying.
